The Grey Crowned Crane lives in the dry savanna of Africa south of the Sahara, although it nests in somewhat wetter habitats. This animal does not migrate. It is also the national bird of Uganda and is featured in the country's flag.  Photo taken at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
